Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the PrintThat3D Custom Fashion store and place orders with us. By placing an order, you agree to them. Last updated: 24 October 2026.

Who we are. PrintThat3D is a proprietorship at No.RK 1791, Unit 101, Oxford Towers, 139/88, HAL Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bengaluru - 560008, Karnataka. Email: thinkyourstyle@printthat3d.co.in.

Who can order. Purchases and other legally binding transactions on this site are meant to be performed by adults who are at least 18 years of age. Anyone below this age will need to purchase through an adult.

Made to order. Every product is printed after you order, to the choices you make. Colours on a screen can look slightly different from the printed product.

Your order

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it, and we may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a design cannot be printed.
• If your choice is unavailable, we will contact you to agree an alternative.
• Prices are in Indian rupees. No GST is charged at present. The final amount, including shipping and any discount, is shown before you pay.

Payment. Your payment is made through UPI or bank transfer, outside the site, and you send us the payment confirmation by WhatsApp or email. We start processing your order only after we receive it.

Your designs. You can upload a design, or type the text you want printed, for each print place while you order. If you type text, you are responsible for checking its spelling and wording, as we print it exactly as you submit it. We review the submitted design and get back to you via WhatsApp or email for clarifications and confirmation of the final design. We share the design with you for approval before printing. We use your images and designs, whether uploaded or sent to us by WhatsApp or email, only to make your order, and we delete them after your order is fulfilled or cancelled. You confirm that you own the images, text and designs you provide, or have full permission from the owner to use them for printing, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law. You are solely responsible and liable for any copyright, trademark or other rights infringement, or any misuse, arising from them. thINK Your Style (PrintThat3D) will not be liable for, and may decline or cancel any order containing, images or designs that appear to infringe someone else's rights, or that are unlawful or offensive.

Shipping. We deliver to shipping addresses in the state of Karnataka only. Please give us correct and complete contact and delivery details to facilitate shipping and delivery. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the packed product and is shown before payment. Orders ship from Bengaluru about 4 to 7 days after order confirmation (for custom designs, after design approval). Delivery time depends on the destination.

Returns and exchanges. These are made-to-order products and returns are not possible. Exchanges are possible only for a manufacturing defect. Email thinkyourstyle@printthat3d.co.in within 48 hours of receiving the product, with photos of the damage. Please keep the original packaging and tags. Damage caused by opening the package with a sharp object is not eligible for exchange.

Changes and cancellations. You can ask us to change or cancel an order before production starts. Once production starts, we cannot change or cancel it. If we cancel a paid order (before it has gone into production), we refund the amount you paid.

Discount codes. Codes have the conditions shown with them, such as a minimum order, an end date, or one use per customer. We reserve the right to withdraw any such offers at any time.

Using the website. Any attempt to use this website other than the purpose for which it has been set up, or perform illegal activities like trying to break into it and steal confidential information, place false orders, or in any way disrupt the normal working of the website will be treated with relevant legal action. The designs, pictures, text and logos on the site belong to PrintThat3D or its designers, and you may not copy them without our written permission.

Our responsibility. We take care to make every product as ordered. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events outside our control, such as courier or power failures.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you order applies to your order.

Privacy. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law. These terms are governed by applicable Indian laws, and any legal disputes will be under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Law, Bengaluru, Karnataka.
