Privacy Policy

This page tells you what personal information PrintThat3D collects when you use our Custom Fashion store, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Last updated: 24 October 2026.

Who we are. PrintThat3D is a proprietorship based at No.RK 1791, Unit 101, Oxford Towers, 139/88, HAL Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bengaluru - 560008, Karnataka. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean PrintThat3D.

What we collect

  • When you place an order: your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, city, state and PIN code, the products and designs you choose, any images you upload or text you type for printing, and any note you add.
  • When you send an enquiry (bulk orders or comic book orders): your name, organisation, phone, email, city, state, and the message or idea you write.
  • When you sign in with Google: your name and email address from your Google account. We never see your Google password. If you sign in, we save your name, email address, mobile number and any addresses you choose to save, so we can fill them in at checkout and show your past orders. You can remove saved addresses at any time in My Account, or ask us to delete your account.
  • Your designs: images you upload and text you type while ordering, and any photos, text or ideas you send us by WhatsApp or email, so we can print your order.
  • Offers: your email address and name, only if you tick the box to hear about offers.
  • Technical information: a random device code kept in your browser so that offer codes meant for one use per customer work. We also briefly keep a technical identifier to limit repeated requests and prevent misuse. It is deleted within 24 hours.

We do not collect your card, bank or UPI details. You pay by UPI or bank transfer outside our site, and we only record that payment was made.

Why we use it

  • to make, pack, ship and deliver your order, and to contact you about it
  • to confirm payment, share design proofs for your approval, and handle exchanges
  • to send order updates by email or WhatsApp
  • to send offers, only if you asked for them
  • to keep our records and meet legal and accounting requirements
  • to keep the store secure and prevent misuse

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising by other companies.

Who sees it

  • Our service providers: Cloudflare, which hosts the store and stores its data, and Google, which sends our emails and provides sign-in.
  • Our production and shipping partner: YOUDEE CUSTOMIZATIONS, the factory that makes and ships your order, receives your name, contact number and delivery address, along with the products you ordered and the designs you send us, so it can print and ship your order.
  • Courier partners: the courier that collects your order from the factory and delivers it to you receives your name, contact number and delivery address. We do not use a single fixed courier, so the courier may differ from order to order.
  • Authorities: only where the law requires it.

Some of these providers store data on servers outside India.

How long we keep it. We only keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined below:

  • Account and marketing data: If you create an account or sign up for updates, we keep your data as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
  • Images, text and designs you submit while ordering, or send us by email or WhatsApp: We use them only to make your order. We delete them after your order is fulfilled or cancelled. Uploads that are never attached to an order are deleted automatically within a few days. If you want a design deleted earlier, please write to us at avinash@printthat3d.co.in.
  • Order and financial records: If you make a purchase, your transaction details (name, address, and contact info attached to the invoice) will be safely archived for 6 years to comply with Indian tax and financial record-keeping laws.
  • Bulk and comic enquiries: These are kept for a maximum of 12 months, after which they are deleted. Any invoices related to these enquiries are kept as required by applicable Indian tax laws.

Your choices. You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to offer emails at any time. Write to avinash@printthat3d.co.in from the email address on your order, and we will reply within 30 days. We may keep records we are required by law to keep.

Cookies and storage. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores your basket and the device code described above on your own device. You can clear them in your browser settings.

Security. Data is stored with Cloudflare, sent over encrypted connections, and the admin area is open only to the business owner after Google sign-in. No online system is completely secure, so please tell us at once if you suspect misuse.

Children. Purchases and other legally binding transactions on this site are meant to be performed by adults who are at least 18 years of age. Anyone below this age will need to purchase through an adult.

Changes. If we change this policy, the new version is posted here with a new date.
